For years, mac and cheese has been the same — macaroni and melty, gooey, unhealthy cheese. Sure, things have been added to it, like delicious bacon or succulent lobster, and, yes, even cheeses have been changed.
But replacing the cheese in macaroni and cheese with warm avocado of all things to make it “healthier”? A true crime.
